Contact dermatitis is an itchy rash that can be caused by the skin becoming in direct contact with a substance or material. This is common in places where you may wear jewelry such as watches and bracelets, tight clothing, fragrances, or unknowingly rubbed up against a material that may cause an allergic reaction.

Avoid using and being around irritants and allergens - this will help identify other substance and materials that may cause skin irritations.
Wash your skin thoroughly with warm water and a mild soap with little to no fragrance.
Protect your skin by wearing gear such has gloves, face mask, and shields if you have to be in direct contact with a substance or material that may cause you to breakout.
Moisturize your skin regularly. Applying a moisturizing act as a barrier and help nurture the skin.
